The founders
Matt and Josh are brother in-laws who conceptualized SnapApp out of the frustrations of the current home cleaning market.
Matt Denny
Matt moved from the UK, to Chicago in 2006 to create a US media Sales Team for Reed Business Information. Matt has been managing sales teams ever since, most recently as the Global Head of Sales Ops for Ziff Davis where he focused on sales strategy and execution. When Matt isn’t wrestling with technology, he can be found marathon training on Chicago 606 trail, or raising his 5 year old twins.
Josh Agney
Josh lives in Florida and started a cleaning business for homes, condos and vacation properties on the Pensacola area. When he’s not volunteering to rebuild hurricane struck homes, Josh can be found learning to write code, dominating at chess, or raising his 3 children with his wife, Charity.

  • Custom Pricing - Only pay for what you need, when you need it. Only clean the rooms that need cleaning.
  • Background checks - All cleaners are vetted and have completed background checks.
  • Alerts and updates - Be alerted to upcoming jobs and job status.
  • Preferred Cleaners - Save your favorite cleaners so that they get first refusal on your future jobs.
  • Reviews - All cleaners come with an up-to-date cleaner rating Payment & Tips - Automated payment upon job completion, and the option to add tips.
For cleaners
  • Best in market compensation - SnapApp cleaners are paid more than any other Virtual Maid Service. SnapApp offers a clear incentive structure that increases the pay of top rated cleaners to up to $30 an hour. .
  • Safe for cleaners - Cleaners rate the customers to ensure safety, as will as courtesy and the accuracy of the jobs which are posted.
  • Repeat customers - SnapApp can build their own book of customers. Once deemed a preferred cleaner for a customer, SnapApp cleaners get first refusal on future jobs that the customer posts.
  • Payments - Payment is automatically triggered when a job is completed, and the customer is prompted to tip.
