Privacy Policy

SnapApp is operated by ABHI Tech Inc., a corporation registered in Canada (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SnapApp mobile application (“the App”).


Information We Collect

Account Information. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier, your name (if you share it), and your email address (which may be an Apple relay address). Sign-in is optional.

Prompts and Generated Content. When you create or revise an app, we receive the text prompts you submit and store the generated app code, name, and description on our servers.

Device Identifier. We collect your device’s Identifier for Vendor (IDFV) to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse. This is not an advertising identifier.

Usage Data. We log API request types, token counts, and timestamps to manage rate limits and service costs.

Subscription Information. If you subscribe to SnapApp Pro, we receive your subscription status and billing events from RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple.

How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, cross-app tracking, or selling to third parties. We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party analytics SDKs.

AI Data Sharing

Your prompts are processed by third-party AI services. To generate apps, we send your prompts to Google Gemini and OpenRouter. When a generated app uses AI features at runtime, those inputs (text and optionally images) are also sent to Google Gemini through our server. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account from within the App. Upon deletion, we remove your user record, device linkages, subscription data, and usage logs. Generated apps you previously shared via public links may remain accessible but will no longer be linked to your identity.

You can also clear all local data by deleting the App from your device.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what data we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Children’s Privacy

SnapApp is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hardware-backed device attestation on supported devices, and store API credentials securely on our servers. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
