Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapApp mobile application (“the App”), operated by ABHI Tech Inc., a corporation registered in Canada (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

SnapApp lets you describe a mobile app in plain language and generates working code using AI. You can revise, run, and share the apps you create. Generated apps run in a sandboxed environment on your device with restricted access to device capabilities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts

You may optionally create an account via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Subscriptions and Billing

SnapApp Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription. All payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at the next billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Promotes violence or harm against any person or group
  • Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is designed to deceive, phish, or fraudulently collect personal information
  • Attempts to circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.

AI-Generated Content

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, safety, or fitness of AI-generated content. Generated apps may contain bugs or produce unexpected behavior. Do not rely on generated apps for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated content before use.

When generated apps include AI features, user inputs are sent to Google Gemini for processing. Those outputs are also subject to these disclaimers.

Intellectual Property

You own the apps you generate. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize them freely. When you share an app via a public link, you grant us a license to host and serve that content. We retain ownership of the App itself, including its design, branding, and underlying technology.

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter) for processing. We do not sell your personal data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABHI Tech Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you generate or share.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple. Sections on AI-Generated Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall first be attempted through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Alberta.

Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and ABHI Tech Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them accordingly.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
